Hyundai Tucson Oil Consumption Lawsuits

The Hyundai Tucson isn’t the only vehicle to experience problems with oil consumption. The extended warranty for the Tucson, Sonata, and Optima includes engine short block assembly and other related issues. Some of these issues are also covered under extended warranties for Honda CR-Vs and Kia Optimas. In addition to Hyundai, other automakers are also liable for engine problems. Here are a few lawsuits involving these models.

Hyundai extended warranty for engine short block assembly

If you’ve recently purchased a new or used Hyundai, you might be interested in the new engine short block assembly warranty. Under the Hyundai Powertrain Warranty for Class Vehicles, the company covers all repairs for engine short blocks and other engine parts. It doesn’t matter what your vehicle’s service history is, or if you’ve neglected the car under exceptional circumstances. The new warranty covers the engine short block assembly for ten years or 120,000 miles, or both.

Your Hyundai may come with an extended warranty for engine short block assembly. This coverage covers parts installed by Hyundai, including the engine and transmission. It also covers the body sheet metal against rust, corrosion, or defects in materials or factory workmanship. Similarly, Hyundai will cover the emissions control components for up to 8 years and other components for up to five years. The California Emissions Control Systems Warranty covers parts installed in California-specific vehicles that meet the standards set by California law.

Hyundai extended warranty for 2011-2014 Sonata

If you’re thinking about purchasing a new car, you might want to consider a Hyundai extended warranty. These plans typically cover repairs that the manufacturer won’t fix or replace, and they only cover the cost of using Hyundai-authorized parts. You should note, however, that a Hyundai extended warranty is not an extension of the original warranty, and the price is not discounted. It is, however, a worthwhile investment in your car.

The 10-year powertrain warranty covers the engine and its components, including the transmission. These parts are usually the most expensive to repair or replace, so a Hyundai extended warranty is an important benefit. The warranty also covers components such as the axle shafts and transfer case, which are frequently the most expensive to fix. The warranty also covers a vehicle’s overall weighted score. A typical extended warranty for a Hyundai Sonata will cover up to $100,000 worth of repairs.

Kia extended warranty for 2011-2014 Optima with 2.0 or 2.4-liter GDI engines

The Kia extended warranty for 2011-2014 Accord and Optima models with 2.4-liter GDI engines provides coverage against engine failure and a host of other problems. The first mailing, sent in July, was unsuccessful because it was unable to reach enough customers. As a result, Kia sent out a second mailing in December, this time with an additional reminder to maintain the vehicle’s oil and service records.

The recall is currently affecting 572,000 cars in the U.S., which is more than twice the number of vehicles affected by the Accord recall in Europe. Hyundai has also announced a recall for 572,000 vehicles, including the Optima, Sorento, and Sportage. These recalls affect cars with the 2.0-liter GDI engine.

Honda extended warranty for 2011-2014 CR-V with 2.0 or 2.4-liter GDI engines

As part of the Honda Extended Warranty for 2011-2014 CR-V with a 2.0 or 2.4-liter GDI engine, Honda will cover certain parts of the engine free of charge. This warranty will cover a certain number of items, including the camshaft, rocker-arm assemblies, spark plugs, and engine components. The extension will begin this month and affected owners will be notified in the mail starting this month.

This warranty will cover various types of damage to the short-block assembly, including failures in the connecting rod bearing. It will also cover rental cars and any lost miles if your vehicle breaks down. Other features of the warranty include towing, roadside assistance, and travel interruption. The extended warranty will cover these problems for up to six years and unlimited mileage.
